Not Too Many Rules—Just Lots of FUN!

At Giggle Garden Soft Play LLC, we keep it simple:
Safe play + happy kids = a great time!

We don’t believe in a long list of rules—but we do have a few basics to keep everyone safe and smiling:

  • For Ages 6 & younger

  • Grown-ups, please supervise at all times.

  • Leave sharp objects outside the play area. ( example: sunglasses & jewelry)

  • No Face paint or glitter.

  • No pets are allowed inside the soft play area.

  • Avoid flipping, wrestling, and rough behavior.

  • No shoes, food, or drinks in the play area. Socks on before entering.

  • Most importantly... have a blast!

You'll find these simple rules posted at the entrance of every soft play area, so they're easy to see and follow!

booking our services

  • $50

    To ensure the safety and longevity of our equipment, we require a refundable deposit of $50 for each rental. This deposit helps cover any potential damage, excessive cleaning, or loss of equipment that may occur during your event. It’s our way of protecting both our business and our customers—helping us maintain clean, safe, and fun equipment for everyone to enjoy. As long as the equipment is returned in the condition it was delivered, your full deposit will be promptly refunded in 7-10 business days.

  • Safety is our top priority, and we want everyone to have a fun and worry-free experience with our equipment. We require a signed waiver before each rental to make sure all renters understand the safety rules, proper usage, and potential risks involved. This helps protect both your guests and our business by ensuring everyone is on the same page. Signing the waiver is a simple way to promote responsibility and keep events safe and enjoyable for all.

  • First Payment: $100 due at the time of booking.  
    Final Payment: balance due 1 week prior to event date.

      Venmo- 3% added fee, $50 fee for a returned/bad check

  • Up to 30 miles roundtrip from our Wisconsin Rapids location is included in every package price.
    If your event is located farther, we charge a small $0.75 per additional mile beyond that.

    We’re happy to travel all over Wisconsin — just ask us for a mileage quote if you’re interested in having Giggle Garden at your event!

From Booking to Party Day here’s what to expect…

Booking:
We’ll collect a few quick details about your event and then send you a contract and waiver to e-sign. A $100 payment is due at the time of booking to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due one week before your event.

Event Day:
We’ll need about 2 hours before your event for setup — and if your venue allows, we can sometimes come the day before to make things even easier! We’re very flexible and happy to do whatever works best for you.

Sanitation & Pack Up:
After the fun wraps up, we’ll need around 2 hours to clean, sanitize, and pack everything up.

Refundable Deposit:
Lastly, you’ll receive your refundable deposit back via check in the mail 7–10 business days after your event, as long as all equipment is in the same condition it was before the party.

We do our best to make setup and cleanup smooth, stress-free, and totally out of your way so you can focus on celebrating!
