Book Our Services

  • $50

    To ensure the safety and longevity of our bounce houses, we require a refundable deposit of $50 for each rental. This deposit helps cover any potential damage, excessive cleaning, or loss of equipment that may occur during your event. It’s our way of protecting both our business and our customers—helping us maintain clean, safe, and fun equipment for everyone to enjoy. As long as the equipment is returned in the condition it was delivered, your full deposit will be promptly refunded.

  • Safety is our top priority, and we want everyone to have a fun and worry-free experience with our equipment. We require a signed waiver before each rental to make sure all renters understand the safety rules, proper usage, and potential risks involved. This helps protect both your guests and our business by ensuring everyone is on the same page. Signing the waiver is a simple way to promote responsibility and keep events safe and enjoyable for all.

  • First Payment: $100 due at the time of booking.  
    Final Payment: balance due 1 week prior to event date..

  • 🌿 How to Book with Giggle Garden Soft Play

    Step 1: Check Availability
    Send us a message with your event date, time, location, and the age range of the children. We'll let you know if we're available and recommend the best package for your event.

    Step 2: Choose Your Package
    Pick the perfect play package for your space and needs:
    🌱 The lil Sprout Package – Small & cozy
    🌸 The Blossom Package – Perfect mid-size
    🌷 The Garden Party Package – Full setup for big fun
    Optional add-ons are available too

    Step 3: Secure Your Date
    Once we confirm your details, we’ll send you a short booking form and invoice. The first payment is $100 and due at time of booking, with the remaining balance due 7 days before your event.

    Step 4: Event Day Setup
    We’ll arrive at your location [usually 1–2 hours] before the event to set everything up. All equipment is clean, sanitized, and arranged for maximum fun and safety.

    Step 5: Enjoy the Play!
    Let the little ones explore, climb, crawl, and giggle! We return after the party to pack everything up — no stress for you!
